Your holiday home has a living area of ​​approx. 95m² plus approx. 100m² terrace, which is partly covered. It is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pleasant dining and living area plus an American kitchen.

A garden of around 800 m² with a private heated swimming pool in the middle of a park planted with local and endemic species: iège oaks, laricio pines, strawberry tree, prickly pear, lentisk, cistus and heather but also litarulu, ulivastru etc. ...

We have chosen to preserve the authentic nature with its characteristic fragrance.

The house is located in a wooded and shaded park of 6500 m².

Access to the house is via a private road, the land is closed and your parking lot is private and located in front of the house.

The terrace has all the necessary comfort, with a large table, sunbeds, low outdoor garden furniture with parasol (1 sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table).

The covered terrace also benefits from an awning on top of the table as well as a barbecue.

The house is not overlooked and has spaces of tranquility in its garden for you.

The house faces south on the swimming pool and living room side allowing you to enjoy pleasant sunshine and good heat whatever the season.

Everything is ready for you so that you have a pleasant stay, the gardener passes between each guest to take care of the garden and mow the lawn and all the watering is automatic

You benefit from the exclusive use of a heated swimming pool of 6.5m x 3.5m and a depth of 1.50m.

You enjoy pleasant water throughout the opening period of the house thanks to the southern exposure of the swimming pool, protected from the wind and supported by a heat pump

The swimming pool benefits from a salt treatment by electrolysis to avoid allergic problems.

​

In accordance with the legislation the swimming pool benefits from a system of protection by electric rolling shutter, for the safety of the children and the people not knowing how to swim.
