Welcome in your holiday house Casa Litarriccia
Your holiday house is situated in a park of about 5500m². The original vegetation of pin trees and coark oaks and- maquis- are here still creating the special smell of the corsican island. Meanwhile you are only at a distance for about 7 minutes by car from the town and about120 m from the sandy beach .
You can reach your house by a separate access and a parking next by the house. The only other house in this garden ist the house of the owner, wich is located about 70m from your's.
To join the " down Town " of Porto-Vecchio you need about 7 minutes by car and maybe 12 minutes by bike..You will find here 2 big supermarkets and also a new part of the town with a nice archicturaly charactere. Post, medecin. pharamacy are also located here.
In summer time there are also little fruit and legumes stands nearby the house. Here you can also buy, cheese, millk , bacon, water....
If you don't want to cook yourself, there are also some Restaurants or pizzeria nextby for example - le figuier-
The beach, in a distance of about 120m , can be reached by a little way only for persons not for cars, which is nice for parents and childrens.
At the beach there is a sailing school - les fauvettes-which offers several activities like- windsurfing, sailing kajak for adults but also for children . You also just can hire the material and do it by yourself.
Because of the really nice water temperature in summer and for the sea is getting deep very slowly, it is also a good place to learn swimming.
The mountains, not far away, are also inviting you to spend some time or to make a trip by mountainbike.
The house was mainly build out of ecoligic materials. also warm water is produced by solar modules
